Role Overview
Lucky Little Learners is hiring a full-time Social Media Strategist to provide immediate operational relief within the social media department. The Social Media Strategist leads the strategy and preparation behind all social media platforms. This role researches trends, plans content, edits videos, creates graphics, and builds lead generation automations.
Position: Social Media Strategist
Employment type: Full-time, W-2 employee (not a contractor)
Reports To: Angie (CEO) & Alayne (Integrator & Curriculum Manager)
Location: Remote
Introductory period: 4 weeks, full pay from day one; benefits eligibility begins week 5
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000/year, based on experience ($3,000 KPI bonus also included based on performance)
Benefits: 401K with 3% company match, life insurance, employee assistance program, PRO rewards, paid time off, paid holidays, and free book program (you have the option to opt into dental insurance, vision insurance, pet insurance, and long or short term disability)
