WAHM Club Member Book Releases!

Two Work-at-Home Mom's Club members published books last year.

Jessica D. Bowers published "Wake Up: It's Time to Go to Life: The Anti-Self-Help Book for Moms" in December. It's a relatable, comforting book that helps moms realize...you're not so alone after all!

Description: Wake Up; It’s Time to Go to Life delivers best friend-like reassurance that provides parent readers the grace they cannot give themselves. The book’s down-to-earth, humorous but seasoned advice is a breath of fresh air in a Nara Smith & Ballerina Farms world. Jessica’s tone is informal, with wit and style that is likened to the Nora Ephron of motherhood.

Wake Up; It’s Time to Go to Life is designed to be enjoyed on days when moms need a calming talking to from a bestie or when she’s on-the-go and needs a funny anecdote to make it through the day. Jessica does not proclaim to be a parenting expert. What she is, is inviting, relatable, and honest. While some of the essays tug at the heartstrings, others relish in the comedy of motherhood. It can be used as a coffee table book to skim through on rainy days or as a quick reference for parents needing validation that they are not alone on this chaotic journey called raising kids.

Christian Faith Publishing published Lindsey Howell's book "The Three Wells" in August.

Description: A perfect village is nestled between two mountain peaks, with beautiful views and bountiful harvests. Every need is met; however, every villager must pay the price for living in such a pristine world. This village has a dark secret, one with fatal consequences. Everything would soon change when a strange man visited their town… with his message of Truth, he would change their world forever!
