Day 1: 30 Days to Being a UGC Mom

For all the moms who want work-at-home jobs!
I’ve worked at home for 15+ years. It’s not as intimidating as it seems. I started without a bachelor’s degree (I only got it after years of taking a few classes at a time as a mom).
What a lot of moms don’t realize is that while you’re looking for that job, you can create your own. While you’re submitting resumes, find a non-MLM gig and get good at it. You may make so much you drop the job hunt all together.
I got started in social media management and then writing and am venturing into UGC (User Generated Content) because it’s just too easy of an income generator to ignore. UGC means creating content for brands (TikToks, Instagram reels, etc.)
What I loved about social media management was that I wasn’t tied to a desk, I also didn’t have a boss who would be bothered that I took my kids to the park after lunch. I had clients who knew me and respected that I help them but am a mom, too.
If you’re working alongside kids, it’s better to have work that doesn’t make you feel bad about being a mom.
But I’m excited to try UGC. I need a new challenge.
Why I like UGC: You don’t have to share your life or even face, which appeals to me because I love being productive, but I’m private about my family & life.
I also want to get so good at it that I can teach my teens how to do it. The job market isn’t what it used to be. Learning how to create work is essential.
I’m taking the Anti-Influencer Method course on UGC and will blogging openly about it. My goal is to start earning within 20-30 days so you see that you can, too. Anyway, look out for my posts! I’ll break it down, make it simple, and share every hiccup and win along the way.
You can work from home. It’s not as mysterious as it seems once you think outside of the box. The box doesn’t exist anymore!
