The Role: After Hours Hotel Support


The Schedule: Friday through Monday, 9 PM – 8 AM EST (Perfect for night owls!)


The Big Picture: You’re the go-to person for getting the claims process moving. You’ll make sure cases land in the right hands and act as the bridge between the customer and the help they need.


What You’ll Actually Be Doing:


  • Organizing: Pointing new claims toward the right claims handler.

  • Data Entry: Getting claim info into the system quickly and accurately (whether it’s from a call or an email).

  • Staying in Touch: Chatting with customers via phone or email to track down missing info or give them status updates.

  • Being Professional: Keeping things clear and friendly when talking to customers about their claims.

  • Teamwork: Helping us keep our "quality first" vibe alive.

  • Showing Up: We need you here and ready to go during your scheduled shift!


ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).


QUALIFICATIONS


Education & Licensing

High school diploma or GED required.


Experience

One (1) year of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.


Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

  • Good customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies


WORK ENVIRONMENT
