TTEC is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives for its Insurance Services team, and this could be a nice work-from-home option for someone who enjoys helping people. In this role, you would take incoming calls from customers and members, answer questions about accounts, coverage and services, and research information to help solve problems.

You would also handle more complicated or escalated customer issues, so being patient, calm and comfortable talking with people is important.

The starting pay listed for the position is $17.50 per hour, plus potential performance bonuses, and benefits may include paid time off, tuition reimbursement and health and wellness incentives. This job could be a good fit for moms who have customer service experience and are looking for a steady work-from-home position. TTEC requires at least six months of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, computer skills and reliable high-speed internet.
