Outschool needs someone who can look at a complicated situation, use excellent intuition, and respond with deep care, skills that come naturally to parents who navigate the unpredictable world of raising kids.
As a Support Escalations Specialist, you will be joining the Customer Experience team to handle the trickier tickets sent in by parents and teachers. These aren't your average, everyday questions; you will be diving into unique situations that don't always have a strict playbook, requiring you to make independent, thoughtful judgment calls.
The role also involves occasionally handling sensitive Trust & Safety escalations involving minors, so strong written communication, emotional resilience, and top-tier investigative skills are an absolute must.
This is a fully remote contract position, though they do give a slight nod of priority to candidates living in the San Francisco Bay Area, but encourage all in the US and Canada to apply.
You will get to work independently from the comfort of your home office while still feeling connected to a deeply supportive, impact-driven team.
