This is a full-time, remote W-2 contract position for six months, with the possibility of an extension or permanent conversion.
The schedule is up to 40 hours per week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time, and includes one weekend day. The preferred schedule is Sunday through Thursday.
What Would You Be Doing?
You’ll be helping NerdWallet members through email and chat, answering questions and helping them navigate the website and mobile app.
Your day could include:
Helping members with their accounts and technical questions
Answering questions about financial products and features
Using AI tools to help draft and double-check responses
Keeping track of common problems members are experiencing
Finding ways to make the customer support experience better
Working with other teams to solve recurring issues
